Convection Oven

Pre-heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Regular bake

Pre-heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes turn over and bake for 10 more minutes until crispy.

Microwave

Bake in microwave for 60-90 seconds each.

Where are you located?

We bake all of our Jamaican patties at our commercial kitchen in Oakbluff, Manitoba.

We love the beef but do you have other flavors?

Chicken and Pork are our other flagship flavors and limited special patties Mama B creates each month that are available for delivery only. (eg. Turkey, Breakfast patties (Ham, eggs, hashbrowns and cheese)

Do you have have hot sauce?

Yes…we have sweet/spicy chilli sauce in mango and peach flavors available at the Portage Ave Family Foods location.
